I have a used 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis
and everytime I turn the steering wheel left
or right it gets stuck I have a full tank of
power steering fluid can you help

Check to see that it is not binding on the sway bar. Other thought might be ball joints or worn bushings that are allowing too much travel with temporary misalignment and binding.

If it turns out that you found nothing binding up and it has something to do with the rack and pinion binding up remove power steering fluid that is in the power steering pump reservoir with a turkey baster or something else that will remove fluid then add some Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak to power steering pump reservoir it not only stops leaks but also corrects hard steering. It really works if that is your problem.

I didn't see a leak but now when I turn to the left its OK but the right still stick I do think its the rack&pinion
