You may have fuel at the rail, but is it the correct pressure...spray starter fluid in the intake and see if she starts

Check your coil for spark is it a 5.0? If so you might just have a bad coil E-Z Check and free

First take 12 volt test light check all fuses. And it may sound dumb. But make sure there is fuel in the tank. Definitely need to check fuel pressure. It requires a certain pressure over what it uses. If you have a buddy remove fuel cap and listen. When you turn the key to ignition on. You should hear the fuel pump run for a couple seconds then stop. You may also hear a click under the hood. That is the fuel pump relay. Just cuz you hear this doesn’t mean fuel system is fine. To determine that you need to put a fuel pressure gage on the system to get accurate reading of the pressure. Try spraying starter fluid into intake. If it appears to want to start then dies due to burning the fluid you sprayed in it. I would check to see if the fuel pump relay isn’t faulty. It is most likely to have 3 or 4 relays in fuse box under the hood. The lid or owners manual will tell you which one is fuel pump relay. You can simply swap it with fan relay. Or starter relay. Horn relay. To determine if relay is fine. If nothing happens. And just cranks. Check to see if you get a spark holding spark plug wire close to a good ground. If no. Then also with test light. Check to see if power is being supplied to the coil or coils. Check crank shaft position sensor. With volt ohm meter. You can look up the procedure online. If it checks out next do the same with cam shaft position sensor. Or sensors depending on single or dual over head cam. As you are doing these tests look at all connectors. And the wires. To assure they are not the issue. If you have done all these checks. With no luck. It may be time to take it to a pro. It may be a bigger job then you want to jump into.
