I have no serial number on my LCM, 99 lincoln town car signature series, how can I tell witch model to get, ex.AA,AB,or AE,TY

There should be a calibration tag on the engine, usually a valve cover, with that code your local dealer can find out what ECM your vehicle should run.

a module rebuilder such as myairbags.com, that rebuilt my lcm to perfection will figure and fix all that. or you can go to a junkyad like i did and pull one from any 99 tc and it may or might not work. cost at junkyard is 42$. cost of analysis and rebuild of lcm 53$
