Does your defroster/AC work?

Yes everything is coming on and is getting hot but it's producing a smell sort of like antifreeze and when I wipe the window with the defrost on it fogs right back up faster

You have a leak in the heater core. Even the smallest pin-hole will do what you describe. Or a hose-- in or out-- leak.
