fan motor control stuck on full speed is it the resistor

I am not a wrench but I have some knowledge. I was told by an old wrench the
resistor is probably stuck  HELP !

Fan resistors do not get stuck but they do need replacement occasionally.

I would have to look it up. If Rock lists that part for your car then order it.
