why is there smoke coming out of the AC vent of my Lincoln Town Car

It could be a number of things, but I'd first suspect the intake manifold gasket, assuming the car has the original gasket. If it does have the original gasket, STOP DRIVING THE CAR IMMEDIATELY. You can do significant damage to the car by driving it.

If the smoke smells a little like brown sugar it is anti freeze and your heater core is leaking.
