Gas gauge doesn't work w right/ says no on gauge that say how much fuel is left

The gauges on dash go off and on. Says the
level in gas tank, gauge says NO  and the anti
lock light comes on and off also check engine
lite

Cluster may be bad . Have the charging system checked and the battery tested... those gauges do crazy things when too much voltage goes to them
