i just bought a 93 mark 8 and was hoping to get some information about the floater rearend in these cars ratheror not they have any problems with them im not familiar with them.

As they age, they leak, and need to be repaired/replaced. I see a lot of questions on suspension air bag troubles and they can be quite expensive.

You can convert the system to a conventional system using a kit that can be bought at your local auto parts store. Replacement parts for the original air suspension system are no longer available. HTH. -Jim

Strutmaster is the kit I hear many people converting to, I will as well when mine start giving me grief.
