While driving down the road my jeep will just
shut off and I habe trouble getting it started
back up

It honestly could be anything causing it however as a guess it could be your fuel pump might be beginning to fail you might want to take it to a shop with a oscilloscope so they can observe the waveform of the fuel pump to see if it is going bad, or just have them check fuel pressure.
