Rear wheel locks up in reverse

First take a look at your brake pads and see if they are wearing abnormally. If they wear wedge shaped, that will jam things up while backing up. Then, while the wheel is off, pull the caliper and rotor, and take a look and see if the parking brake is coming apart and jamming things up or misadjusted. I hope this helps.
