not receving any power to fuel pump and check engine light does not come on when I turn the key to run without starting the vehicle
Hello, I'd be very suspect of the check engine light. You need to know if its working...ie, burnt out bulb, or the ecm not activating it...you must get this going to use the self test feature with Ford EEC systems. This bulb will be just like the others on the back of gauge cluster; moreover, look for corrosion where holder twist locks into instrument cluster. Plus, if you decide to energize fuel pump with a jumper, use a fuse in the jumper close to the battery. That would tell you if you can crank/start/pump fuel. Good Luck, AskTrannyMan
If you have replaced the ECM,check the igintion switch.
