1991 ranger wont start
truck ran great. died at a light had it towed home. replaced crank
sensor, ignition module and intake side coil. have great spark on exhaust side
and good fuel pressure at rail. power to injectors and they ohm out ok. ijectors
not pulsing. replaced computer and still no pulse signal...what am i missing.
Possibly the p/u coil in the distributor is bad. Also do some reading at the link. I am guessing you have the 2.3L 4 cylinder.....http://easyautodiagnostics.com/ford/2.3L/icm-and- crank-sensor-tests-1
its distributor less.. 2 coil packs.
Distributor-less, I knew that as I had a similar truck years ago. 2.3L with 2 spark plugs per cylinder or a V-6?
2.3L 4 cylinder!
