Dear tattbrat- I am not sure what you are asking me about the steering for your 1991 Mustang. However, I have a two good sites you can go to and maybe you will get some hints that will help you. For an overview of your steering, go to http://autorepair.about.com/cs/generalinfo/a/aa032601a.htm. For a tutorial specific to your car, try going to http://autozone.com/servlet/UiBroker?ForwardPage=/az/cds/en_us/0900823d/80/19/67/e9/0900823d801967e9.jsp. Good luck from Bovan.
