On a 30 year old vehicle anything is possible. What issues are you having? Jim

Not complicated to replace the entire brake system if you are an average DIY'er. Rotors, calipers, pads, even master cylinder and power brake booster are easily available. It will cost a ton at a shop. Maybe around 300 bucks if you can do the work yourself. No special tools needed. I've changed the entire system on my '96 twice in 25 years. Don't attempt if you ever considered using a hammer to change a light switch.
