replaced ignition switch, solved problem for two months then came back.

Did you scan the car to see what codes are triggering the check engine light? I would look at that first. This would probablygive you your answer as to why the engine is sputtering and shutting off. The wipers are another issue.

wipers always come on first. then check engine light and sputtering. wipers are NOT another issue. it is tied in with the problem.

I had same problem it was the ground strap by the battery going to fender it was loose and caused a bunch of problems
