Have 2004 PT Cruiser 2.4 Turbo with P0032 and P0038 codes on

Where is the location of these sensors and is that all that could be causing stalling and
misfiring.

hi, one of the sensors is under the hood left side right in the middle of the engine and the fire wall down on the exhaust pipe, the other is down under the car driver's side after the catalytic convertor
