What makes a platinum Escalade a platinum over a basic model?

Asked by Oct 12, 2012 at 04:38 PM about the 2005 Cadillac Escalade ESV AWD

Question type: General

Bought a 2005 Cadillac Escalade ESV and it was advertised as a platinum edition. Now I am not so sure as it doesn't have the Chrome Platinum name on the rear or anywhere else for that matter.

Congratulations on your purchase! The difference between the two are more options and features, such as Climate Control, entertainment and security features in the vehicle. You can contact your local Cadillac dealership to get more detailed information on the differences also. Vanessa GM Customer Service
