Ford five hundred changed throttle body and fuel pressure rail sensor

I've replaced both did the relearn procedure and it
seen to work good then wrench light came on I've
did the battery cable thing several times what do I
need to do to make it work right

I've tried to reset it several times and did the relearn check engine light comes back on also
