Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After an oil change I drove my Ford Five Hundred when it suddenly starting
shaking after making a chirping like noise, pulled over immediately and
discovered all the oil had leaked out to what I later discovered was due to the
incorrect oil filter.  Now it won't start at all, any suggestions?

Who did the oil change? Who chose the wrong filter? If it wasn't you, someone owes you a new engine.

If you did the oil change it is on you. If you paid to have it done then they are legally responsible if they put the wrong filter on. and ruined your engine.
