Clunk noise in rear area passenger side when going over some bumps, nothing appears to be loose

When going over a bump there is a loud clunk in the rear of the cargo area curb side .I have checked for a loose spare tire ,tail pipe and etc. I wonder if the speaker in the panel would be loose?

I have the same issue. Same year and model vehicle. Please let me know when you've figure this out. I've seen looking a clue for 3 days and found nothing.
