Having trouble turning key to crank truck up.

truck it cut off. When tried to jump
truck off and turn key. The key want
turn

Most of those vehicles have an electrical release for the ignition. It sounds like you killed the battery to the point that it doesn't have the voltage to release the key. You need to allow the battery charge up for while, either by jumping it for a while or charge the battery with a regular battery charger.
