Question type: General

i keep getting 0-60 timmings between 6.15 - 6.45 sec is that the normal acceleration?
could a faulty spark plug make it get less than whats indicated in the cataloge ( 5.2 to 5.6
secs) and what are signs of a faulty spark plug if not ?

So your timing your 0-60 times and your not getting what the brochure is saying? If the car is running fine and tuned up, I'd say your fine. Those times are based on perfect conditions and sophisticated timing devices to get the fastest times. Are your tires squealing , are you banging the gears? Just drive it an enjoy it, and keep it around the speed limit. You don't need to be paying for a ticket.

but i see other guys on youtube with better timmings all bone stock too what could cause that? also when i push full throttle all of a sudden it take the car 1-2 second to think and then push full throttle acceleration while from idle to full throttle goes like a blast ! so what could that be?

My 2006 is at dealer getting brand new tranny. So sick over this I can't come to grips.
