Transmission problems

Asked by GuruVKX1V Sep 02, 2018 at 05:30 AM about the 1993 Ford Explorer 4 Dr XLT 4WD SUV

When I put it in reverse it starts to go then stops
like I put on the parking brake. I have to give it alot
of acceleration before it reluctantly starts to move.
