Need a fuel pressure gage, check fuel pressure, should be 56 to 62 lbs.

Make sure the fuel filter is clean, new, and there should be what they call a Schrader valve, pore, on top of the intake where the fuel line come into, hook up the pressure gage at this point.

Spray some starting fluid down the throttle body and try to start it. It should run a few seconds on the starting fluid. If so, it's not getting fuel. If not, check for spark. If you have spark and fuel but it still won't run, do a compression test. If all cylinders test low or zero, it's jumped timing. HTH. -Jim
