2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 v6. Need help, truck turns over but no fire to plugs from coil. What else could it be?
Has fuel, compression but no spark. Have
replaced whole distrbutor, crank position
sensor, ignition module sensor, ignition coil,
and sensor in steering column. Also
checked computer. What else could it be for
it to not have fire on the plugs?
The only thing i can think of if all other is good,is the ignition switch.
Ok,when I said sensor in steering column what I meant was ignition switch. This is my husband's truck, just doing research for him. Is there any recalls on the particular year and model.?
After replacing all of this, have you had the key checked?
Check the main fuses in the fuse box under the hood maybe a blown ignition fuse or some other main fuse.
Good suggestion firebird..
No problem T_S_T I got your back.
Have tried with 3 different keys.
Have checked and rechecked all fuses.
