My adjustment screw won't adjust my driver side head lamp, what do I do about
it ?

You have to take the headlight assembly to find out why. If it’s broke then it need repaired or replaced. It’s only plastic so it is easily broken.

Gee, a headlight adjusting corroded after only 20 years..... Spray a lubricant, like WD40 or Liquid Wrench, on it. That'll loosen it so the screw will turn.

If the adjuster is completely broken you can get a replacement at your local auto parts store. Hope that helps! Jim
