my headlights are not working and my ac fan runs even without key in ignition

Are you talking about the interior fan for the heating/cooling system or the radiator fan? If it is the radiator fan, some models will have the fan continue to run to cool down the radiator, turning off after a few minutes. The inside AC/Heater fan is a switch malfunction.
