Headlights and Taillights won't turn off

2000 Monte Carlo SS My headlights and taillights stay on all the time whenever the key is
turned on or the car is running. I changed the headlight switch and removed DRL relay
and they still wont turn off, any ideas?

Check the relay for the headlights it's separate from the drl relay
