Are the front bumper bolt patterns for a 1994 Mustang and a 1999 the same?

Hard to say, the '94-'98 were all the same model (SN95), the '99's -2004 were a different animal.

lookwise they are practically identical....was curious because there's a kit that's for the 98 and if they were the same I'd like to get it for my car, which is a 94, so I'm attempting to do homework on it first...
