got a chance to buy only 38000 miles what should i be looking for to insure mostly stock

Would run vin registry check or title search inorder to confirm the mileage. The odom rolls over at 100000 and starts over at zero. (I believe that one does anyway) I got a 1985 Z28 that only shows 55000 miles and I know it's 155000.
