I hv a 2nd hand honda city 2004 model. Today oil
was dry in tank. I put some oil and trying to start
but its not starting... plz kindly let me know yhe
reason

check for spark and fuel pressure ,, do you hear the fuel pump prime the system when you hit the key ? are the injectors firing ? Are there any codes ?
