your lucky ,that car can be serviced with a crescent wrench and the abc,s of engines book. do the points,cleaning or replace,and plugs, then timing + carb adjustments while running after warmup. youll know the settings by sound .inspect overall for corrosion at grounds,cap interior,frayed wires ect.
