First you need to flush the fuel out, the hope the fuel pump has gone bad, if it has change the entire assembly, replace the fuel pump relay and filter, don’t be surprised if you need the fuel tank cleaned. Put in good fuel, recommend Chevron or Texaco as they have Techron additive, then hope it will fire off after you prime the fuel system. If it does then continue on with changing all the fluids and rubber components before attempting to drive it.

After sitting for that length of time you need to put a brand new battery it it, drain the gas tank and put some fresh gas in it. A bottle of Drygas or Heet in the gas tank will help absorb any water condensation in the tank that may be in there from sitting. Check for rodent damage to wiring and vacuum hoses too. Especially if the vehicle was parked outside. Mice, rats, and squirrels love to chew on wiring and vacuum hoses! Jim
