Brake pads

I’ve had 3 services by Hyundai since I
brought my car from new 2016, Hyundai i10.  
1st service brake pads were 10% all round,
2nd service 20% all round but now 3rd
service they say 70% front and 20% rear.  I’m
confused why they have worn so quick or
say they have!!!  Also I had a mot the month
before with no advisory at a different garage.  
Any help appreciated please
