Where is the brake light switch located on a 94 Chevy Cheyenne

Don't know specifically about your Cheyenne but they are normally mounted around the brake pedal assembly inside the cab. Motion of the pedal assembly closes the switch so your brake lights energize.

Awesome thanks.All my bulbs are burning except the brake lights .Would the switch be the problem.
