Is town car signature limited 2010/2011 equipped with air springs?

Yes, most likely it is. Look for an air suspension switch located in the trunk. It is probably on the driver's side mid way up.

i saw couple of town cars i didn't find that switch, all have coil springs

I guess it is possible. I always thought they all had it. Look for the switch and you will know.
