I have a 1994 firebird, gave no warning, just died going down the road, no odd noises, nothing odd, now it won't start, what could be wrong??

Check gages light flashed on for the first time ever when it died, one says relay others
said crankshaft locked up, any ideas?? Oh and all fluids were good, so is the
battery,starter and alternator all goof

Just a wild guess but could be the oil pressure sending unit on the engine. I'm saying that not even knowing if it's even set up that way. I'm basing my answer because you said that the Check Gages light came on.
