Depends on the car's condition, and that includes all those problematic accessories that continually go out. This is a good car to stay away from, but if you know cars and like to spend lots of time doing repairs, a good one with the replacement engine and everything working, ready to paint, should cost around $12,000. I'm relatively sane and I wouldn't touch it.

Look on Hemming's. Ready to paint means a perfect body, not one that will take days or weeks of prep.
