My friends accord is manual just put in an oem clutch put it all together went not that far 20 30 miles before the pedal is stuck to the floor wont come back up any ideas ?

Sounds like you have a leak in the hydraulic system. Check your connections on the clutch master and slave cylinders for leakage - Tighten or Replace as necessary and bleed system.
