Dodge Ram Pickup keeps blowing turn signal fuse why?

Just recently my truck started blowing the turn signal fuse left and right...any idea why?

I just started having the same problem. The fuse popped twice today, and the brake light fuse also.

    i recently had to rewire my taillights and match all the color coded wires together, but i have no turn signals. i know that the blinker relay is good . why don't my turn signals work?
