milky looking radiator fluid

car ran hot 2 weeks ago after driving it from Columbia sc to Nashville TN.  Never ran hot before.  Today I see milky looking fluid in the radiator.  Hasn't run hot.

Have u checked the oil and is it milky...if so could be blown head gasket
