how to remove factory stereo?

You will have to look carefully at the surrounding plastic bezel. In some cases they have screws hidden that need to be removed -- in other cases you can simply pry carefully with a thin-bladed knife or screwdriver until the bezel pops off, when you can access the stereo mounting screws.
