have no dash light

needs a new reostat. Take the instrument cluster out, on the face of the cluster note the position of the dial which controls the brightness, now on the rear of the cluster you'll see a small device held in place by a single screw, take out the screw and pull the device free. It'll have a metal rod coming out of it. This needs replacing.
