block washed with vinegar and salt

today i just washed 350 sbc engine block with vinegar and salt to remove rust
inside coolant holes but after wash there is yellowish color in  cylinder bore and
on the deck does anyone know how to remove that yellowish part...

probably oxidation ... coat the inside of the block was look something like WD-40
