Trunk release latch

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have a 1992 Chevrolet camaro,  the trunk release
latch keeps latching and unlatching until the
battery goes dead, any help on where to start
would be appreciated

I got a 95 buick lesabre that done the samething until i unplugged the connector from the truck latch. Now i have to use a key to unlocl the trunk but no dead battiers.
