Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Mercedes c300  put the key in it will say take
key out ignition but when I turn the key it would not
swing I bought a new fuse box with fuse Nd relay  
put it in still nothing ,change steering lock  still
nothing I wonder if it’s the battery because when I
change these parts it was a different battery I was
tryin to start the car with
