a bad oxygen sensor,a plugged cat.,or even a bad fuel injecter

THE CATALYTIC CONVERTERS HAVE BEEN REMOVED, THE OXYGEN SENSORS ARE ALL IN PLACE, SO CAN ONE BAD INJECTOR OR ONE BAD OXYGEN SENSOR CAUSE THE ENTIRE BANK TO NOT RUN?
