Van won't start. No lights no sound

99 Dodge Odyssey van. Tried to start today. No
lights it clicking sound. Cables are tight. Bought
the battery in January. Need any and all help!

Try a jump start just not with newer cars or If the headlights are nice and bright it could be the starter , There is a clicking sound ? ?
