when i drive my 2001 honda accord ssometimes it jurkslike it want to shift out but it jus keep jurking

it starts out driving fine but after driving for a while its like the transmission dont wanna
shift. i checked the oil it smells like its burnt up so i put a transmedic in it and it still do
the same thing

If fluid smell.s burnt,then this is a sign of burn,t band,s in tranny,additive will not help at this point.
