Does the starter click when you are trying to start ?

Remove and clean battery terminals and post reinstall terminals and try to start vehicle. Now if you are positive that the battery is fully charged and cleaning terminals do not work you have a bad starter.

Also check wire connections going to starter making sure they are tight.
