My 2001 L300 Saturn will not start won't turn over the battery. Is good. So is the starter please. Help

Remove and clean battery terminals and post reinstall terminals and try to start vehicle. Now if you are positive that the battery is fully charged and cleaning terminals do not work you have a bad starter.
